Davis Donuts - Serving Our Community For Over 30 Years!
Back in 1972, Charles and Shirley Davis opened the doors on the first ever "Davis Donut House" just off of the picturesque main street of Forest City in the foothills of North Carolina.
For Charles and Shirley, it was a leap into the unknown. Using traditional methods of donut manufacture, they quickly built up a reputation for providing  quality baked goods to the local community, freshly made each morning, and they continued to do so for over 30 years from the same location, becoming a local landmark, and popular focal point for the local community.
Charles and Shirley handed over the reigns of the Davis Donut House in 2004 to Chris and Deb Taylor, who to this day continue the tradition of hand crafted quality, and original family family recipes.
In 2009, the decision was made to move out of the (increasingly too small) original building, and now Davis Donut House is conveniently located on one of the main routes between Forest City and Spindale, with room for people to sit in comfort and enjoy freshly made donuts, baked goods, cookies, and coffee, all in a relaxed, family friendly environment.
